Dalal Al-Abdulrazzak is a senior ocean conservation leader currently serving as Vice President of Conservation Programs at Ocean Wise, a nonprofit whose vision is a world in which the ocean is healthy and thriving. She has extensive experience in organizational strategy, market transformation, and building high-impact partnerships across industry, government, philanthropy, and academia.

With over two decades of experience, her career spans science, policy, and technology, bringing a rare ability to translate evidence into action. She previously served as the Vice President and Chief Science Officer at Vericatch, a leading technology solutions provider for seafood traceability and electronic catch reporting. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Ocean Policy Analyst with United Nations Development Programme and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of British Columbia Fisheries Centre, contributing to global fisheries governance and marine policy reform.

She has a BA in Environmental Studies from Middlebury College, a PhD in Zoology from The University of British Columbia, and was the recipient of a Thomas J. Watson Fellowship. Born and raised in Kuwait, she currently resides near Vancouver, British Columbia.
